On October 28th, I flew to the Netherlands together with the team from APJI (Asosiasi Pengusaha Jasa Boga Indonesia) . It wasn’t just a regular trip, this one felt special. Arriving in Amsterdam & Staying in Utrecht After landing in Amsterdam, the cold autumn air immediately hit me, a whole different vibe from Indonesia! From there, we continued straight to Utrecht , where we stayed until November 5th . Utrecht is calm, walkable, and beautiful. Every corner felt like a postcard.
